Yes. All treatments and Spa Experiences must be booked in advance and paid for in full at the time of booking. You can book through your Bainland account or by calling us on 01526 352 903.

The Morning Spa Experience runs 10:30am – 12:30pm, the Afternoon Spa Experience 2pm – 4pm, and the Twilight Spa Experience 7.45pm – 9.45pm. 

As the Spa isn’t open to the public you will need to book a staycation at Bainland or if you live in Lincolnshire you can become a member of The Nest and enjoy the Spa on Mondays & Fridays. 

A robe, towel and flip-flops on arrival, plus full use of the indoor and outdoor facilities: the heated swimming pool, sauna, steam room, heated loungers, the outdoor spa terrace and the hot tubs. Treatments are booked separately.

A robe and swimsuit. Please avoid arriving in wet swimwear. Changing rooms and showers are available on site.

Please arrive 5–10 minutes before your treatment starts. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late we may have to cancel the treatment without a refund, as it affects the guests booked in after you.

We ask for 48 hours’ notice to cancel or move a booking. Payment is taken in full at the time of booking.

The Twilight Spa Experience (8pm – 10pm) is adults only. The Morning and Afternoon Spa Experiences and our general family swim sessions are open to all ages.

Family swim runs at 7:00–8:00am, 8:00–9:00am, 9:00–10:00am, 5:30–6:30pm and 6:30–7:30pm. Sessions are and additional charge per person with a maximum of 16 guests, so please book ahead.

Choose from Deep Tissue Massages, Pregnancy Massage, Swedish Massage, Hot Stone, Aromatherapy and Facials, all crafted by our skilled therapist to melt away tension and restore a sense of total serenity.

The gym is next to the Paddock and is open 7:15am – 8:00pm. It is complimentary for all Bainland guests, with treadmills, cross trainers, exercise bikes, rowing machines, yoga mats and medicine balls.

Yes. We use ELEMIS throughout, including the Superfood collection, and the full range is stocked at reception.
