THE SPA FACILITIES

ONE SPACE, EVERY WAY TO UNWIND

The Spa brings together a heated indoor swimming pool, a full thermal wet spa and an outdoor terrace with hot tubs and an ice bath, alongside three private treatment rooms and a complimentary gym. These facilities are available to be booked by guests staying at Bainland or those who hold a Nest Membership, and have been created with relaxation in mind. It’s a place to switch off, recharge and simply escape.

Steam, Salt & Sensory Escape

The Thermal Wet Spa includes a sensory shower that helps to reduce tension, relax the body, and promote overall well-being. It also includes a Himalayan Salt Sauna and Steam Room which are a luxury experience for relaxation and detoxification. The dry heat and minerals from the salt helps to improve circulation and cleanse the skin.

Clean Water, Real Wellness

Featuring Vitality Jets that provide a therapeutic massage to help promote blood flow and is a fantastic way to soothe your body on your luxury escape. The Spa also boasts an eco-clear water system that reduces the use of chemicals and energy while maintaining high standards of water hygiene.

Indoor Heated Swimming

Time is set aside to relax, unwind and reset, with swimming, saunas and the steam room all part of the experience. A full range of spa treatments is on offer, alongside family swimming sessions and Parent and Infant swimming for the smallest guests. However the time is spent, it’s shaped entirely around slowing down.

The Outdoor Spa Terrace

Exclusive to Spa Experience guests. Two hot tubs, an ice bath, an outdoor sauna, and sun loungers for unwinding. Order your favourite drinks from The Nest and have them brought straight to the terrace. No rushing. Just a little steam, and however long your Spa Experience is booked for.

Morning Spa

The perfect way to start your morning. Arrive from 10.30am and ease into the day at your own pace. Enjoy the indoor and outdoor Spa facilities that are available until 12.30pm.

Use of robes, slippers and towels are included. A treatment, Afternoon Tea and a drink of your choice can be added, each available for an additional charge.

Afternoon Spa

From 2pm, the thermal wet spa facilities, swimming pool and outdoor hot tubs are there for you to drift between at your own pace until 4pm.

Use of robes, slippers and towels are included. A treatment, Afternoon Tea and a drink of your choice can be added, each available for an additional charge.

An adult-only escape.

Twilight Spa

From 7.45pm until 9.45pm, slip into two peaceful hours of thermal facilities, the swimming pool, sauna, ice bath and outdoor space, all beautifully quiet as the day winds down.

Use of robes, slippers and towels are included. A drink of your choice can be added for an additional charge.
