Every facial at The Spa uses the ELEMIS range, chosen to suit what your skin needs. Deep nourishment and hydration are brought back to tired skin, with skin lifting massage techniques worked in throughout, leaving a natural glow long after the treatment ends.
Facials That Do The Work
Treat yourself to a relaxing facial treatment, available in 30, 60, or 75 minutes. Each treatment is carried out by our qualified therapists, making sure your body and soul are given the care and attention it deserves. Each ELEMIS facial will not only leave you feeling wonderfully relaxed, but your skin will be left looking glowing, refreshed and completely revived.

Information
Yes. All treatments and Spa Experiences must be booked in advance and paid for in full at the time of booking. You can book through your Bainland account or by calling us on 01526 352 903.
Log in to your Bainland account to book treatments and Spa Experiences online, or call us on 01526 352 903. Treatment slots tend to go before experience places, so book both together where you can.
A robe and swimsuit. Please avoid arriving in wet swimwear. Changing rooms and showers are available on site.
Please arrive 5–10 minutes before your treatment starts. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late we may have to cancel the treatment without a refund, as it affects the guests booked in after you.
We ask for 48 hours’ notice to cancel or move a booking. Payment is taken in full at the time of booking.
Massages in 30 or 60 minutes — deep tissue, Swedish, hot stone, aromatherapy and pregnancy massage — and ELEMIS facials in 30, 60 or 75 minutes. Every treatment takes place in one of our three private treatment rooms.
Yes. We use ELEMIS throughout, including the Superfood collection, and the full range is stocked at reception.
