YOUR SPA, YOUR WAY
An adult-only escape is offered across these spa times, with two hours given over to both the indoor and outdoor spa. The swimming pool, saunas, plunge pool and hot tubs are all included, alongside outdoor and heated loungers where the pace can be slowed right down. Drinks can be ordered straight to the spa terrace, so nothing needs to interrupt the retreat. Morning, Afternoon or Twilight can be chosen, each one a fitting to a well-earned luxury lodge break.
Morning Spa
The perfect way to start your morning. Arrive from 10.30am and ease into the day at your own pace. Enjoy the indoor and outdoor Spa facilities that are available until 12.30pm. Two hours of spa access is included, along with use of robes, slippers and towels. A treatment, Afternoon Tea and a drink of your choice can all be added, each available for an additional charge.
Afternoon Spa
From 2pm, the thermal wet spa facilities, swimming pool and outdoor hot tubs are there for you to drift between at your own pace until 4pm. Two hours of spa access is included, along with use of robes, slippers and towels. A treatment, Afternoon Tea and a drink of your choice can all be added, each available for an additional charge.
Twilight Spa
From 7.45pm until 9.45pm, slip into two peaceful hours of thermal facilities, the swimming pool, sauna, ice bath and outdoor space, all beautifully quiet as the day winds down. Two hours of spa access is included, along with robes, slippers and towels.
Afternoon Tea in The Nest
Afternoon Tea can be added to your spa session, available for sessions taking place from November 2nd onwards. Everything is freshly made at The Nest, from a selection of finger sandwiches and savouries to scones, cakes and desserts. This addition is available for Morning and Afternoon sessions only, priced at £32 per person, or add a glass of Nyetimber for £40 per person. Afternoon Tea is not available on Sundays.
Sunday Spa Experiences
As Afternoon Tea isn’t available on Sundays, a Sunday Lunch can be added to your spa session instead. Freshly cooked roast dinners, served with all the trimmings, are on offer, with tables reserved between 1pm and 4.30pm. Prices start from £25 per person.

Yes. All treatments and Spa Sessions must be booked in advance and paid for in full at the time of booking. You can book through your Bainland account or by calling us on 01526 352 903 option 3.
A robe, towel and flip-flops on arrival, plus full use of the indoor and outdoor facilities: the heated swimming pool, sauna, steam room, heated loungers, the outdoor spa terrace and the hot tubs. Treatments are booked separately.
The maximum amount of guests we can have on any of the Experiences is 16.
